This FREE workshop is offered by the Sierra Club’s YouCAN Corvallis campaign, in partnership with Our Children’s Trust.  It is the first in a series of grassroots advocacy workshops that will be offered this year.  The agenda includes:

1. Brief icebreaking activity
2. Skills topics (listening to understand)
3. Snacks and social time
4. Skills topics (summarizing issues; written and oral persuasion)
5. Practice activities

Introvert? Extrovert? Inexperienced? Professional? Everyone can leverage their personal skills and abilities to make a difference.  Come learn how!
